The agency webpage is http://www.orlandocondorentalsneardisney.com/

They were one out of 3 responses I got back (after making 10 inquires 3 days ago!) and were quick to reply to another email I had with a question. Their prices are decent, but the downfall is that you don't know which condo you will be in until you get there. I want to know which building (how close to the pool), which floor and the decor of the room.

If someone has used them in the past, please let me know about the condo, it's location, and decor.

Thanks!

Haven't used them, but I believe I have gotten quotes from them as well when I did a quote request. When you say the prices are "decent", how much are they quoting you? I have rented a 3bdrm for $79 (-15% for staying 7 days or longer) and found a 2bdrm for $69. I know floridacentralvacations.com has weeks for $399. (Sat-Sat rental only).

For all of them you choose the unit you want.

I was quoted 2bd for $974.80 ($85/nt for the first 8 nights and $90/nt for the last 2 nights) 3bd was $1084.80 for 10 nights. No mention of a 15% discount. I did see that discount on floridasunvacationhomes.com, but their original prices were high to begin with.

We ended up finding a nice 3 bedroom condo for late May/early June from

http://www.vacation-rentals4u.com/

for $85 per night (no cleaning fee). I was able to get a discount off of the price listed on the website (for having a longer stay).
