Has anyone renewed their DVC AP online recently?

I have been on line for over an hour trying to renew AP....(I have dial up) it knows me...I put in pass #.... passes show up(I only want to renew one right now) click on one I want to renew...next page comes up with both our first names on one pass.... so I click renew...next page comes up and say in the section for renewing DVC AP this night is sold out? no place to order closed windows tried again...removed passes entered them again, same result...
 
I called MS about the same thing earlier this week. We will be there this week, so she told me to just go to guest services at DTD or any park or she could do it for us. I figure I will just do it when we get there (within the 30 days of current one expiring) to make sure we don't miss the new one in the mail!
 
Thank you for answering...I thought I was going crazy....I guess I will have to call. I will not be down to WDW until March so have to renew now and only want to do one today and wait to do the other Feb 1. Thank you at least for answering. I had such a headache after that yesterday.
 
I had a problem, too. We were in the situation where it was the last 30 days we could renew at a lower price, but we weren't going to be on-site. I ended up calling, paying, and getting a number to give them at Guest Services. Good luck.
