I purchased 2x100 VGF2 contracts the first day VGF2 went on sale. I received the luggage set, but not my deeds. Has anyone else received theirs yet?

I could be wrong about this, but I'm not sure if Disney sends a copy of the deed to you when you buy direct. I needed to check something on ours a few months ago and couldn't find them in all of our paperwork. Either they never sent them or I misplaced them (highly possible :rolleyes: ). Either way, they are available on the Orange County Comptroller's website. I found all of ours and printed them off. Here's the link:

They didn't send ours, but they said how to get it. In the letter for our VGF Owner's Policy of Title Insurance from DVC there's a line that says: "To download a copy of the recorded deed please visit the public records site for the county in which your property is located and search for your name. For resorts at Walt Disney World please visit occompt.com."

We received an electronic copy of our deed. It was part of the signed documents sent to us after we signed everything.

It was an email from::
Disney Vacation Club via DocuSign <dse_na2@docusign.net>

Subject was:
Completed: our name- Please DocuSign: Disney Vacation Club Purchase Documents

Since we bought as joint owners, we each received an email. The deed was near the end of the .pdf, which was 44 pages.

Interesting the different experiences by buyers.

Did you not get a copy of your signed documents? If not, my advice is to call Quality Assurance ( 800-782-6767 or 407-827-4743).
Aha -- yes -- there is the deed, right at the end of that package ;) Thanks for pointing that out. No need to search as per their letter if we ever need to refer to it.

You can always download your recorded deed at the Orange County Comptroller Website.

I have a total of 9 contracts. 6 direct and 3 resale. For all purchases prior to my GFV purchase, I received actual deed/paperwork in the mail. Just seems odd that copies were not sent. When completing the DocuSign, I falsely assumed that I would receive a copy in the mail and never printed it.

Thank you - I was able to find the email and the link was still active. Printed everything for my records!
