Has anyone received the DMR rose charm?

It's been 7 weeks since I ordered it, and I haven't received shipping confirmation.

I just got dd11's this week. I ordered it when the movie came out, so weeks ago. The Tinkerbell charm and the bracelet came about 2 wks ago (ordered all around the same time), and the Santa Paws charm came 2 or 3 days later, even though I just ordered it a couple of weeks ago. I had given up on the rose charm when it showed up.

I got mine this week and it was broken in half. I e-mailed and they said that they ran out and had ordered more and would send me a new one when they came in.

mine arrived broken also and I'm waiting for a replacement.

Dd11 has worn the bracelet and other 2 charms every day since they day they came in, a couple of weeks ago, and the rose every day this week. So far so good. She loves it, so I hope it holds up for awhile!

I ordered all three charms on 11/28/10. The Tinkerbell and Santa Paws charms shipped 12/2/10, but the Rose did not. The Rose just came yesterday - two weeks after the others. If you ordered 7 week ago, I would the status of your order and contact them. I should not have received one from three weeks ago if you have not received one from 7.

I got mine really fast...weeks ago, but the clasp was too small to go on the bracelet, so they had to reorder one...I am still waiting. Hopefully this week. Our mail seems to be a little slow this week thanks to the snow.

I got the one I ordered on Friday and it was also broken. I have emailed customer service but haven't heard back just yet.

The rose charm took much longer to come and broke within minutes. My DNiece was heartbroken. She swears she was only holding it when the stem broke off. Maybe I'll try emailing them. Santa Paws was here in about a week. She's wearing that one on a chain around her neck.

Doesn't make sense, but I checked today, and my order is pending.

Mine was broken too. I don't think I'm going to bother with a relacement, seemed like really crappy quality. Reminded me of the cheap knockoff "Tiffany" jewelry in NYC's Chinatown.
