Has anyone received the 2nd cardholders Disney Visa card yet?

I applied on day one and only received my husbands card within ten days of applying. He called and we received mine two days later. They must have mailed it already or sent it immediately.

Not only did we receive both our cards in the mail about one week ago - separate envelopes, my DH received another one today. He isn't even the primary cardholder. Same account number, so I cut it up.

We received my card a few weeks ago but still have not yet received our second card. This is somewhat frustrating.

Same thing happened to us as to Melsmice.

We applied via the internet, and received cards within 2 weeks. Two cards, separate envelopes. Dh was primary cardholder. Just yesterday I got a SECOND card in my name...same account number. Weird.

really quick turn around, two envelopes same day. My husband said, "I would have never believed I would be carrying a card with Mickey Mouse on it!"

Call customer service again!

I received my primary card and called on that same day. I was told by the nice person that there was a glitch and that my DH's card would be sent in 5-7 business days. That was over 2 weeks ago and well over the 5-7 business days.

I called yesterday and the person told me that there was an error and they would express the card to me and I would have it in 1-2 business days, which means I should have it no later than Friday. Guess they saw all the use my card is getting and figured they would double it!

We applied the first week online. The primary card came within the week. after nearly two weeks I called about the second card, the sent it out UPS second day. If you did not recieve your second card, call them. They seem to have had some kind of snafu. If your second card did not come it may not come until you call.

I decided to call again and this time they said that they would express mail it out so you were right! We did need to call back instead of just waiting for it to come! THANKS!

I applied over the internet for two cards. They came this week, two cards, separate envelopes, same account number.

We also applied over the internet and received both our cards the same day, just in seperate envelopes.

I called today also, and was told that they did not have my request for a second card. That's funny, they did have that I called 3/9/03. That's when I called wondering where my second card was! On 3/9/03 I was also told that it would be 5-7 bussiness days for the second card to arrive.

I called in to apply for the card. I was wondering if any one else that called in for the Disney Visa card have trouble with getting the second card mailed?

We got the primary card two weeks ago. I called Bank One and after looking up the account she apologized and said the 2n'd card never was shipped due to an error.(this was a sat.) I recieved it tuesday am UPS second day. So call if you haven't gotten it, I never would have recieved it without making the phone call.

I called again today for the second time. This time I was told that they were going to send the second card by UPS. We'll see.

We received our second card today! We called on Wednesday and sure enough by express mail we got it on Friday! Hurray!

Received the first card on Monday and the second card on Thursday of this week. Just a few days apart.

That's just about the same conversation I had with them., with the same results.

Still waiting on DH's card, just called to let them know we hadn't gotten it the other night. Was told 5-7 days, and many apologies. On another note I got my Commemorative pin in the mail today.
