It's by Mitch Albom, the same guy that wrote 'Tuesdays With Morrie'. My mom gave it to me to read, and I didn't know if I would like it. I found it to be one of most interesting stories I have ever read. It was a really different perspective on death...and I especially liked how he met up with people that he didn't know he had affected in his lifetime....very touching. Coincidentally, I was reading this when my friend Michelle passed away unexpectedly. :(

Has anyone else read it? Like it? Dislike it?

I read it over Christmas much too fast, it was a gift to my neice and I wanted to read it before we left. I'd like to go back and read it again much more slowly.

I enjoyed it. I agree that it's a neat concept.

Not yet, but I will be soon. My mom just got done reading it and loved it. She thought it was very interesting. She was reading it when my best friends husband/family friend died last month. :(

I read it not too long ago and really enjoyed it. Because of this book I went and read Tuesday's With Morrie which I also enjoyed. Not the type of books I normally read, but I really liked them both.

No, but it sounds really interesting. I think I'll have to try and get a copy.:)

Yes I read it & I LOVED it too.....my book club read it and we always rate our books from 1 to 10 at our meeting......this book was the only book in 3 years that anyone rated a 10:D
ENJOY it!

I liked it. But to me the ending was disappointing. Because the first part of the book was so good, I was expecting so much more. But it is worth the read.

I also read it and enjoyed it. It's one of those books that made me think. I do agree though that the ending was a little bit dissapointing. It was like he didn't know how to end the book.

I agree ;)

But the concept made up for the ending :teeth:
