Has anyone purchased tickets using Electronic Will Call?

The five consecutive days tickets seems to be the best deal available for us right now. It seems like the Electronic Will Call option might be better than having them mailed. Has anyone used this feature?

Hey Planogirl! We used it when we were there in January, we too purchased the 5-day pass. I had trouble with the machine reading my bank card so I had to go to the customer service window but there was no problem I just gave them my card and receipt number and they gave us our tickets - it was that easy I liked doing it this way as opposed to having them mailed to me because that was one last thing that I had to keep up with!

I just bought our AP's online today and picked that option since it was only $2. We are not going til Oct so I wont know how well or easy it works til then.

Thanks for the assurance Kevs mom. I love the idea of not having to worry about the mail delivering these on time and then likely leaving them at home somehow.

If your a fan club member thru today you can buy 1 Pref Ap and get 1 half price. Thats what we did.

How does the Will Call work? Would we be able to get into the parks first thing in the morning? I assume that wherever we would pick up the tickets would be open before the park opens.

I wonder about that too. I plan to go to the kiosk the evening before but I don't know if the customer service window will be open then if we have problems.

The power pass is a good deal but is actually $10 more than the pass I'm getting at 89.95. It's only for 5 days but since we won't be back within a year, it's perfect for us. Thanks for the suggestion though, believe me I checked it out quickly!

I don't know the size of your family, but on the Universal Studios website there was a link to the Mastercard offer of buy 4 5-day passes and get the 5th free. I haven't checked to see if the offer is still valid because we ended up gettting APs.

We bought ours last Aug for our Sept 2002 trip. Im not sure if the off will end but they dont have an expiration date unitl you use them. So you best bet may be to buy them now and just hang on to them til your trip. That will you will be sure to have them and part of your trip will already be paid for before you go.

This time we bought the preffered AP's. With the Fan Club card we bought 1 and got 1 half price. So if we even just use them once this year and once next year if will still have been a good deal, and then the renewal rates are cheaper too.
