Has anyone ordered cards through Disney Photopass?

We just returned from our trip and have a great pic on photopass that we want to make Christmas cards out of. I have created the card on the photopass website but everytime I try and save it or add it to my cart I get a message saying it cannot save or add to the cart at this time, please try again later. 4 days later and I'm about to give up. I can't wait much longer or we won't get them in time.

I sent an email to the photopass people and hope to get this resolved.

Has anyone else had experience ordering through photopass? Good? Bad? I really want to use this pic!!
