Has anyone noticed problems with Hulu lately?

My mom and dad have been watching 24 Season 9 on Hulu and since yesterday Hulu seems to be having troubles and I would like to know if anyone who has Hulu witnessed this before? When you try to watch any show on Hulu it will play the first part of a show then shuts itself down and you get an error message and when you try to restart a show from the beginning it does not let you restart the show and Hulu freezes itself and you have to turn off the TV each time and turn it back on again and launch Hulu again and then it's back to normal again. I used to witness this problem a lot when I would see Press Your Luck on Hulu before my parents updated our internet to make it run better and Hulu always runs really fast. But I can't figure out why Hulu is now having problems with errors and freezing all of a sudden? What could be the cause?

No no I haven’t had this happen. It could be that the tv needs an update.

I watch hulu all the time, on my phone, iPad and tv. I haven’t noticed any problems.

All the time, it has good shows so tolerated but a terrible app, rarely brings us back to where we left off. Hulu is like a moody teen.

We watch on our desktop and have constant issues.
Cannot even watch anything on the laptop.
Not planning to renew in November.

Make sure everything is up to date. Hulu just had an update for iPhone so I wouldn’t be shocked if android and smart TVs had an update as well

What are you using to stream? We had to switch to Roku from Amazon fire because the fire sticks kept crapping out.

We are having problems. It keeps reverting back to the descipters for the blind. A quiet voice explains the visible action on the screen. "A man walks into the room," etc. It's been doing this for probably two weeks. I have to turn off those accessibility captions every time I try to watch a show and it keeps reverting back.

I haven't had issues with Hulu recently. But I did have issues today with Hallmark Movies Now where it was acting up. I use a firestick so I just restarted the firestick but had to do that a few times. CBS All-Access was a terrible terrible app, the ads would freeze it it was awful. For the most part the transition to Paramount+ has been much better.
