Has anyone here ever had to file a complaint against a towncar company?

It's beginning to look like I'm going to have to file a complaint. I don't want to give details at this point because I am trying to give the company the chance to deal with the problem. But...if anyone here has ever had to go through this process, would you share your story? I'm just not sure what to expect and would love to hear anyone's advice/experience.

Thanks.

Not in Orlando, but I did in Winnipeg. I got the address of the Taxi and Limo commission and wrote a letter. Not sure what the outcome was. I also wrote a letter to the GM of the Fairmont Hotel who's guest services had arranged this transportation for us. I got a letter from them a month or so later saying that they had a couple of other complaints against the company and wouldn't be using them moving forward.

Thanks, and yes, that is the first place I'll be contacting. I'm so disappointed to have to be going to such an extreme. I've given them until next Wednesday to settle up with me and they've already come back and said that they can't do it by then. But, that is 18 days from the date of service(or lack thereof in this case) and I feel that is more than reasonable.
