Has anyone heard the "Disney Standards" CD by Steve Tyrell?

I just got mine in the mail yesterday from Amazon and I LOVE it! He's one of my favorite singers anyways and to combine that with my love for Disney - it's awesome! For those of you that don't know who he is, he's on the soundtrack for Father of the Bride (which is my all time favorite movie). I have all of his CD's, but this is by far my favorite! Plus I know he's a local guy (lives in Sherman Oaks and does shows all around L.A.).

So just wondered if anyone else has this CD. It has many of the Disney classics and it also features Chris Botti & Dave Koz. For you Disney fans that don't have this CD yet, I highly recommend it!

I think you just sold me! I like Steve Tyrell, too, and loved his music in "Father of the Bride". Looks like I'll be hitting Amazon!

I'm so glad I sold you on it. I promise you won't be disappointed, especially if you're a big Disney fan. My mom came over today and she heard it and immediately went to the computer to order one as well.

In case anyone is interested, I just found out that they sell this CD at Barnes & Noble and Borders as well. I just bought two more this morning to give as gifts. They're the same price as on Amazon, only you save on shipping.

Another one you might like is "Color, Rhythm and Magic--Favorite Songs From Disney Classics" by Earl Rose. It's jazz instrumental, available on iTunes. I really like it!

Wow, that's 1/2 the price that I paid. I've never heard of iTunes before. Looks like I'll have to go visit their website. Thanks for the tip on the Earl Rose CD. I'll be sure to check it out.

Yea! Another great sounding Disney CD! Jazz is my favorite music style. I'll have to look this one up, too!
