Has anyone heard of this company?

Hi,

Has anyone ever purchased tickets through Get Away Today? They sell vacations packages, and just tickets to Disneyland, Universal etc. I usually don't do the packages but they have some good prices.

I have used getawaytoday.org a few times, and never had a problem. My credit union gives out their brochures, and so does my company. Last month a co-worker travelled with them.

I think their prices are great, but they do not have CandyCane Inn as one of their properties, so I don't use them anymore.

When they sent me my tickets for Disney and Universal, it was actually vouchers I exchanged at Disney's and Universal's ticket booths.

I haven't heard of anyone having a problem with them. They seem like a good discount travel agency. If you worry about them you may want to check with the Better Business Burau, then you will know if anyone has complained.

we used them for a very last minute trip in Oct. 2001. We only went because I found their site on the web on accident, and saw their great deals, so we went for it. We called and the lady couldn't have been nicer, she even helped me find a better deal than was posted on the web! They fed-exed all our vouchers and we got them in 2 days. We booked on Oct. 6th, and we left (drove from Ok) on the 11th. They had taken care of everything and we had a SUPER trip!!!! I highly recomend them!

Hi! We just returned from our Disneyland trip an hour ago. This was our 2nd vacation with Getaway and they are fabulous. I agree totally with the other comments that the people you deal with on the phone couldn't be nicer or more helpful.
