has anyone heard anything new about philamagic lately?

I was just wondering if anyone had heard anything new about philamagic lately (especially regarding when it will open) I have a trip planned for the end of september and would love to check out a soft opening preview!

Sept. 30. Maybe. Probably no later than Oct. 8.

is that official opening or soft opening? I thought that would be the time frame as well based on the theory they would want it open for when the travel agents come down in early october.
