Has anyone had trouble with referrals

Just a question for you guys. Now that I'm into the rewards program ~ I've helped my mom sign up for SuzyCats, Milesource and MyPoints. Suzycats is the only one who has given me a referral credit. Milesource says that my mom didn't use my name as a referral, WELL I signed her up and know I did fill out the form and used my username as the referral, so I emailed them back and told them this. They emailed and said sorry, their technicians said I didn't so that was it. It makes me mad because I'm loosing the referral points plus any additional points I get through her so it makes me leary of having any of my friends sign up. What has been your experience???:confused:
 
Milesource also did the same to me and I signed my daughter up also. I have emailed
them many times. Now they just don't reply. :mad:
 
Glad to hear I'm not the only one ~ they made me feel like I was causing a ruckus for nothing. My mom is going to email them as well. Our last resort is for her to cancel and then resign up. Which I hate to have her do because she'll loose the points she's got so far BUT if we do that and it doesn't work again, I'll fight em for her lost points and her new ones. I did tell them that until the matter was resolved I would refrain from referring anyone because I didn't trust them to give me credit (worded more diplomatically of course :-)
 
I never got my referral points for my mother at Milesource either. I emailed them also, got a response that they would look into it. But that is it. I wont shop on there only because I have read that alot of people have trouble getting their points for the shopping. IMO if they cant find someone that I referred to them and credit my account accordingly, how are they going to keep track of the shopping part of it too.
 

Beyond click fix, milesource never credits anything. Not purchases, not a lot of the jumbo gets - they are awful. I do my shopping via mypoints or clickrewards.
 
I have emailed milesource and have had problems resolved, I seem to be the only one! I would keep on emailing them and telling them that you were there when your mom signed up and she did use you as a referral. Good luck!!
