Has anyone had problems receiving a photopass CD to the UK?

Hi all,

I got married in Disney in November 2008. I got a photopass with all my honeymood photo's on. I brought the CD online at the end of December. I am still waiting for my CD to arrive. I'm a little worried as my honeymood photo's have disappeared off the website. Disney seem to have no answers.

I was wondering if anyone else in the UK has had to wait this long?

we recieved our cd last year after about 3 weeks.... sounds like there may be a problem
have you tried this.....

The preferred method to contact Disney's PhotoPass is via the Contact Us link found at the bottom of the disneyphotopass.com site and should yield you a response within a couple of days (which shouldn't be a concern even if the issue is time sensitive). If you feel you are not getting an appropriate response, you can try emailing them directly at wdw.photo.imaging@disneyworld.com or leave a voice mail at 407-560-6068.

We ordered ours on Tuesday evening, and a couple of days later received an email titled 'FedEx Shipment Notification' which has a link to the fedex website. Apparently the package has already reached the local fedex depot, so i'm expecting it to be delivered on Monday.

Did you receive a tracking email originally? I would definitely contact them for details of what is going on.

We ordered one last september along with 2 photo calendars. The photo calendars arrived within about 10 days but the cd took well over a month. Although the amount of time you have been waiting I would be worried. Try contacting them as I've found them very helpful in the past

I odered mine on a Saturday and it was here by the Wednesday. That was at the end of last month.

It would have been here on the Tuesday but Fedex couldn't find our house on their first try.

Disney will email you to tell you it has been despatached and I had my email within a day of ordering.

We've had a couple of photopass CDs and have never had to wait more than 2 weeks for delivery

When you say 'Disney have no answers' - I assume you mean you have contacted them & they cannot explain it? Has it got lost in the post or was it never shipped? Did they just give you your money back?

Thats way too long for them to still be coming! I ordered my photopass last Sunday and it arrived Wednesday!!! I would chase them up if you can and really make a fuss. Good luck

I am sorry that you have not received your CD - how upsetting.

Does anybody know whether you have to pay customs/VAT on the CD?
