We had our first Airbnb problem, not in Orlando but another tourist area. Unfortunately the timeshare rental was nothing like the listing and the oceanview balcony did not exist. I sent the host two messages prior to booking making sure our room would have a balcony overlooking the ocean. The room was also old and nothing like the pictures.
I'm waiting for Airbnb to respond to my request for a refund. It was bad enough, we asked the registration desk if they made a mistake and when they said not we asked for another room. They refused and we left. There was no reason to stay and be miserable. Has anyone else had to file a refund request with Airbnb?
