Hi all. I've gleaned so much information, but I need some help.
We're taking out our seafood station (because we're not fish eaters), and we are going to add an "Asian Station", something our wedding planner suggested and we jumped on (since we like Asian/Chinese food).
But I have NO idea what to have for the station. My planner just said to mention it to the chef, and they will work on something, but if we're going to be tasting, I'd like to taste those items.
Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!
