has anyone had a problem like this/ (paypal)

I cashed out on MAy 11 to go to my paypal account and on may 23 I checked at the bank to make sure the money was in the account. It wasn't So I emailed paypal and they put a tracer on it and said the money was deposited on may 13!!! and so was not returned to them. they said I should go through the bank ACH dept (whatever that is)!!!


please is anyone has any advice

usually I've had good luck this is the first time anything has happened

I don't use Paypal other than to make payments. ACH is the department that handles wire or electronic transfers. They would be able to research and see if your money went into another account.

I've been using Paypal only a short time, but haven't had any problems. However, as soon as I receive a payment from PayPal, I take it out of my account, and get the cash at the bank.

I always get the money out of the bank right away too.

This is the first time I've had this problem with paypal.

I did get an email from them that they put a tracer on the transaction and the money was put into my account 2 days later.

So now I have to deal with the ban I wonder what could have happened?

Ive clickined my little fingers to the bones and I sure don't want to lose the money

IM going to stop at the bank tomorrow.
