Well we have gone fishing twice. Both times we left at the GF. We had a lot of fun. Our fishing guide was really funny and he knew a lot about fish. Everyone caught at least one fish and we stayed out there for two hours .. it was really fun .. I would recommend this to anyone.. we left around like 6 in the morning and its really cool to see Disney quiet and empty.

Anyway If you have fishing stories i would love to hear them!
:cool2:

Does anyone know how far in advance you have to book the fishing excursions?

My boys have done the kids fishing trip from the Boardwalk every trip. I'm not sure how far in adance you can book it might be 90 days...we usually just wait until we are there.

The kids love it....they catch lots of fish and the guides are awesome guys...

I believe you can book at ninety days out. I just booked one for DH, DS and my father for our upcoming July trip. They're leaving from DD (we're staying at OKW)...they're sooo... excited. DH loves fishing and I've told him for the last 3 trips "next time we go..." so I figured I finally had to give in on this one.

Have a great trip, and good luck fishing

Thanks. We will be in Orlando for 2 weeks, but only staying at Disney and having tickets for the 2nd week. I was thinking that they could do the fishing trip the first week before we move over there and get our tickets.
It looks like the boats only carry 5 people - does anyone know if there are any that hold more??
