Has anyone found any at Home Buisness that work??

RJTHkids - THANKS!! Sent you a PM this morning.......

Have a Magical Disney Day!!

I've been getting e-mail about candle making lately, but having never heard of it before, I'm leary. :)

Anyone have any other ideas? I do edit a writer that I used to use at a previous magazine job, and he asked me to keep editing him before he submits his stuff, but those can be few and far between.

I also do some mystery shopping -- the cell phones are pretty easy, as are the sunglass purchase/return shops. I use my credit card for instant refunds when doing returns. You won't make a lot of money, but if you do some of the restaurants, you can get free, good food. (For those who are looking to s-t-r-e-t-c-h their budgets!)

I would also be interested in learning about the sat job. Sounds like good use of the computer and time.

I am also very interested in some work at home jobs. Does anyone else work at home. If so, can you suggest some legit companies???

:flower:

The best free resources I have found for prospective work-at-home jobs are craigslist.org and the WAHM.com boards. Good luck to you all!

I just applied for alpine access so I'll let you know how it goes :wizard:

What great information - thanks!

Could you please PM me the link for Pearson. I have scored exams before, but not online. I would love to be able to do it from home.

Jennifer

Does anyone know what the link is for grading high school tests? Could you please pm me. Thanks so much.

Can someone pm me the link to apply for grading high school tests?

Thanks so much!

I, too, am interested in grading high school tests. If someone is PMing, could I get one, too? Thanks!!! :sunny:

For all you SAHM former teachers, I have started doing consulting work with my state's early childhood special needs program. I work with families with children ages 0-3 that have delays or are at risk for delays. The program in West Virginia is called West Virginia Birth to Three. Every state has one, it's part of the federal law IDEA. I don't know what it is called in other states. It's not from at home, but it's very flexible and rewarding. I can give you more info if you'd like.
Chrissy

According to the Alpine Access website, "We are currently hiring in the following states: Arizona, Colorado, Texas, Utah. "

Where did you see this, I didn't see it anywhere on their website and wondering where I am missing it.

ETA: Nevermind--see it on the application.

Please don't flame me, because I'm not suggesting this as a viable idea - just an interesting story. My school once had a mom who decided to set up her own at home business - a phone sex line! I have no idea if she made money, but she neglected to give the school an alternate number to reach her! So one day when her darling got in trouble, the VP had to call this line! After that though, she kind of felt sorry for the kid. If mom's doing this while the kid's at home, who could blame him for questioning the rules...

I never thought that mystery shopping was legit!!! How do you go about doing it and how much can you make?? We go out to eat at least once a week and would love to do it free/discounted!!

Thanks - Lori
