Hello everyone :D

I have a friend who is looking at flying out of OHare airport to the Tampa/St. Pete area and asked me about the airline :USA3000. I have never heard of them and wondered if anyone else had any experience flying with them.

Thank you for your input.

Maybe it's US Air flight #3000. Go to US Air's website to see if they have a flight from O'Hare to Tampa #3000.

Nope -- the OP is correct. USA3000 is the name of the airline. Wonder if they got the idea for the name from a recently bankrupt Canadian airline by the name of Canada 3000, which was once Canada 2000, which seemed to get the idea for the name from a British charter airline by the name of UK2000.

It is USA3000. My mom just took them from Detroit to St. Pete on Tuesday and said it was one of the smoothest flights she's ever been on. She said they served lunch--ham & cheese croissant, bag of chips, little bag of M&Ms, and pop. With no additional charge!! She said for such cheap fare, she was surprised that they served food. She will be back on Tuesday so we'll see what that flight is light.

USA3000 is the charter airline owned by Apple Vacations. I am a travel agent and send clients on Apple Vacations all the time. I would not hesitate to use them. I have never had a complaint about their service. I just wish they flew to Orlando!
