Has anyone figured out how to vote?

Hey. I know there was a thread about the polls a while ago. Since the VMK Home Page was revamped, some of us have not been able to vote. Has anyone figured out why or how to get around it? When I look at the Home Page at work, the poll is on the far right of the page. When I sign on at home, it is in the middle of the page and I can see only the results and I can't vote (and it looks weird). Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks!

I, too, would like to know the answer to this. I have the same problem. I just thought that someone else in my family was voting on them before I got to them, but I found out that they weren't.

I have the right to vote!! (well, at least on VMK... )

I used contact us two times and never got an answer. The first time they asked me for more information and then sent an email that said they think they have helped me solve my problem. So I sent in another one this time including the information they asked for the first time and again got an email asking me for more information, which was already provided in the original message. So I sent it in again and got the same response that they helped me and my inquiry would be closed. Did I miss something?...lol...does VMK send out coded emails and I just missed the entire part about the reason for the problem? I don't think they even took the time to read my message because if they did they would have had all of the info that they asked for in their reply. Oh well guess I just won't be voting in polls any time soon. You can try to use Contact Us and see if you can get an answer I certainly couldn't.

Sometimes I can vote and sometimes I can't. Try clearing your cookies, see if that helps. It did for me this time but I think it is just a bug. Imagine that now we are treated to VMK bugs even when not in the park.

Thanks. I did clear out my cookies but it didn't change anything. It bugs me that I can vote on the work computer, because it means that I need to alter my settings or something here at home. I just can't figure out what I need to do!

I am so frustrated. I have spent all afternoon trying to figure out what the problem is. Maybe it has to do with ActiveX? Sigh. I figured one of our Dis techno brainiacs could show me the light!

I have active x and I still can't vote. If nobody can vote, I wonder how they get the polls.

well what i did is i clicked on the column which i liked (candy dispenser) and it seemed to work, although it did not say i voted, after i clicked on the column i could not click again maybe it worked?

I think that was just you activating the control for the page. That happens to me when I click anything on the page the first time it loads.
