Has anyone exchanged MNSSHP party tickets for a different date?

We had to change the dates of our vacation and need to change our MNSSHP tickets to an earlier date. I thought I had read that if you send them back with a letter they will exchange them for you. Has anyone had any luck with this?

It's done on a case-by-case basis, and it really depends on why you want to change dates. If you're changing because of an unforeseen event -- trip has to start later due to a change in work schedules, illness in the family, etc -- they will often change them. If it's just that you decided to go on a different night, that's a bit less likely. It also depends on which night you want to change TO. If, for example, you have tickets for early in the month and you want to exchange them for tickets on Halloween night or the night before, then you're not likely to get that switch, simply because of how popular those nights are.

If you do send your tickets in for an exchange, be sure to make a copy of the letter AND the tickets. Just to have a record of everything and to have a copy of the tickets in case they can't refund them, but they don't come back to you in time for your trip.

Thanks for the response. We actually need to change due a change in vacation schedule and it will be earlier in October so hopefully they will help us out. I'm going to call today and see what happens.
