We are planning to take the extended family (14 adults, 6 kids - DD9, DD7, DNephew5, DNephew2 and D?twins in utero) to WDW for Christmas 2007. (Yes I know that is WAAAAYYYYY in advance, but we can't do it until after my residency and planning this is helping me get through internship on the rough days). DH and I will pay for the rooms for all and the tix for our siblings and their kids (and of course our own). The 6 grandparents will pay for their own park tix. If everyone who I want to invite goes, we'll need 8-9 rooms. Close friends of ours may join us to bump that up to 10 rooms which I know is the minimum for a "group". Does anyone know if the group rates are anywhere near the code rate? I know that getting that many rooms with a code (even if one is out!) is NOT going to happen. We will probably need to do a value resort so that we can afford to do this and still pay off my student loans before retirement 
. We would also go a week or so before Christmas to miss the crowds and catch value season.
