has anyone ever got a response from the black hole?

[rant]ive tried remailing the questions, sending messages into the black whole, even sending them directly to vmk. no response. NOTHING! where is the disney customer service we find in the real parks?!?!?! does it not apply to their virtual parks as well? ive waited patiently for 2 months, now i am fed up, REPLY TO MY EMAILS VMK!!!!!!! -[endrant]

I can see my e-mail is still circling the event horizon, I got a response but it said they would look into my problem and get back to me. They must see the mail coming into the black hole, send out a non-response letter. so they must not have got the details figured out yet. Its only been a month and it will probably take a lot longer than that to reassemble it after being crushed in with all that other matter. (I think that black holes look alot like the trash can on the screen on my desktop)\_/

I have to say that VMK has responded to every e-mail, but I have to use an address other than AOL. Even when I remove my spam filter, AOL will not deliver the mail. Could this be your problem? Maybe it is being blocked somehow? Good luck!
