Has anyone ever done this?

Because we booked through Interval International cruise exchange we are supposed to go to them for advice and assistance. They are very reluctant to help and there are some points we wish to clarify with Disney Cruise line direct. Interval have now suggested we go direct to DCL and wonder if it is possible to have our bookings transferred to them - has this been done by anyone?

Finally going to chuck your current TA. It sounds like they have been totally unhelpful. Good luck with your next one

Maybe you could ask other cruisers from the UK to give you recommendations of other TA's over there that can help you better and then transfer your ressie to them. It might be a two step process: Interval International cruise exchange To DCL To "new TA".
