Has Anyone Ever Bothered Your Stroller?

Only by accident. We took cheap-y umbrella strollers this trip. Boy, this was an excellent idea! The only problem was that LOTS of people have identical strollers. We hung toys and such on the handles to identify ours. Speaking of this, the kids frequently left their stuffed Mickeys and Minnies in their strollers. These were NEVER taken! This would only ever happen at WDW.

I can't understand why you hear about so many people having their strollers stolen with the stuff, but not so many about the stuff being stolen and the stroller left. It can't be that ALL of these people who are stealing things out of strollers also need the stroller. Or that they are all mistaken about whose stroller it is, since the contents should clue them in. I'm just surprised that there aren't more stories about people grabbing stuff out of parked strollers - they are kind of sitting ducks when people leave their stuff in them.

Because it takes far less time to just grab the stroller, take it to a less conspicuous place and empty it there then it does to empty it out where they stole it from. Also, if you get caught stealing the stroller. "Oh I'm sorry, I thought it was mine." Most people won't give it a second thought untill much later when it's too late for anyone to nab the theives. But it's much harder. to claim all the stuff they just stole out of the basket is just like theirs.

Ours got ripped off at Mickeys Philharmagic.
Had lime green ribbons on it.

Luckily it was an umbrella stroller so it wasnt that big of a deal.
Our son didnt want a blue one so he decided he would be a big kid and walk the rest of the trip.

Make it stick out...people will be less like to take it.
Im thinking with the next kid we are gonna leave diapers with little Baby Ruth Candy bars in the seat and maybe some "Biohazzard" and "Radioactive" stickers on it.

My mother lost her camera just before she went home. I went to lost and found the next day to report the missing camera. There were at least 5 strollers sitting there. 3 of which were the umbrella stroller with a teddy on it that walmart sells.
