Has anyone else ever had trouble when using their KTTW cards at some cs locations?

I don't know why but I have noticed a few times when paying for something at a counter service location, my card does not always go threw the 1st time and then the Cast Member would wrap it around an old reciept to swipe it that way, or just put in the number of my card if the 2nd option did not work. This has only happened at some locations, so not everyone I would go to. I don't think this would have anything to do with the card demagnetising because I never had problems using it for purchases at the various stores around WDW and I don't keep it next to any other cards in my wallet. I also know that the stores and counter service locations have the same cash register machines so that is why it's weird how there have been these minor problems at the counter service locations. Anyway has anyone else experienced this?

I had this problem a few years ago. Since then, we do't really use the key card. We always have our Disney Rewards card, which we generally use for our CS meals, and we use our regular credit card to purchase things at the park (we try to use cash, but you know how it goes! LOL!).

I don't recall any problem having a card read, but a number of times snack carts were unable to swipe a card (no reader or reader not working). I didn't get the snack (ie. did't pay OOP) at those times.
