Has anyone driven from Dallas lately?

We are leaving in less than a month. I heard there is constuction on I-10 and I-12. How bad is it?

It has been since New Years since my husband and I drove to Orlando, so I can't give you a first hand account. However, there is a Texas state website and I am sure sites for Louisiana, Alabama, etc. The Texas website is www.dot.state.tx.us Go to Roadway Information on the menu on the left and then statewide conditions and it will give you lane closures etc.

Here is Louisiana's Department of Transportation web site LADOTD I took a look and it does not look you will any problems on I-10 in LA.
