Has anyone done the Family Magic Tour?

at MK? I'm thinking it might be fun for our boys (ages 4 and a couple weeks short of 2 when we go to WDW).

What do they do? Is it worth taking up 2 hours of park time?

We did this when my kids were roughly 3 and 4. We had a blast! I would not reccomend it if it is your 1st time to the parks, as it does take away from park time and requires park admission in addition to the fee for the Tour. But being repeaters, we quite enjoyed it. It was a pretty active tour, and there were times when we had to act silly in fron of other guests but we didn't mind it and the end of the tour was worth it for us! We loved it.

We did this tour with our 4 year old son this past December and loved it!!!!! Basically it is a treasure hunt. When I called to make the res the CM told me there are 2 possible scenarios for the tour:
1. Peter Pan has stolen Capt Hook's hook and you have to follow the clues on the tour guide's map to help find it....

2. I dont remember exactly but it had to do with Sleeping Beauty and Maleficent.

We got the Peter Pan scenario (you don't get to choose the scenario, it's not announced before hand). We loved it! My son had so much fun hopping, skipping, crawling (indoors of course), and running!!! To me it is worth the money and the 2 hours, but like dzneprincess said, you shouldn't do it on your first visit to MK.

There is also a surprise at the end, but I won't ruin it for you!!!!!!!!!!

My family took this tour last May! We all a blast. The ages were DS14, DS12, DS10, DD7. I think that you will enjoy this! Although, I am not sure how your almost 2 year old will hold up?!?! My DS14 asked if we could do this every time we go to MK. I hope this helps.
