Has anyone done a joint package with Disney for San Diego/DL

Hi..we are going to CA from June 24-July 3rd and were looking into a joint package with Disney for San Diego and DLH....has anyone done one of these packages.......is it better to do separately? Any thoughts..they have recommended in SD:

Catamaran
Bahia
Dana
Courtyard by Marriott in Old Town
