Has Anyone done a Fantasy Celebration Event?

I noticed on the birthday thread that there are special events that cost upwards of $100 per person to have special things done.

Has anyone ever done one of these?

What was your experience like?

I called yesterday to got more information and found out the DL has discontinued the Fantastic Celebration.
