Has anyone canceled a Magical Gathering?

I am not sure how to proceed. Our group of 11 has been cut down to 4 adults, 3 children and an infant. So we do not qualify for Grand Gathering anymore. I wanted to know how I should go about cancelling the reservation for the 3 that are not going, without loosing the ADRs that are tied to the gathering number. Do I call Grand Gathering, or call CRO?

Does anyone know?

I would start with the grand gatherings number and go from there. I'm sure they've had to deal with it many times.
