Yes, they are reputable. I have been ROFRd once with them and sucessfully purchased with them as well.

I purchased a small add on last year with them at HHI. They were efficient and professional.

I purchased through DVC by resale in August and had no problems.

I tried to use them but she told me I wasn't serious enough about buying because I made a counter-offer on a contract she had listed. The counter-offer was not accepted and the seller pulled the contract off the market. That in itself might indicate it was listed too high. I used a different reseller and purchased a contract that passed ROFR with a price per point in the same range as my counter-offer with Shontell. As seen by the previous posts, others have not had a problem. I guess someone has had a problem with all the resellers at some point in time. This is the only problem I have had so far. We bought 100 points at SSR in Dec 08 from them. They even sent us a Disney snow globe after closing, which was a nice, unexpected touch.

I'm so glad to hear all these positive comments! I'm currently in negotiations on a resale at HHI. We made an offer less than asking price and received a counter-offer this morning. I hope I can talk DH into accepting the sellers' counter-offer, then we just wait and hope we pass ROFR. I'm hoping that since it's at an off-property resort, not at WDW, Disney will be less likely to take it (I hope, I hope!!)

Worked with her several years ago, she sold our Vero contract for us. It was a good experience and I would do business with her again.
