Has anyone bought a Marauder's Map? Or a birthday wand?

Has anyone bought a Marauder's Map at WWoHP? Is made of paper? Does it move? (I can't believe the answers to both of the last two questions is "yes".) Also, I keep hearing about "birthday wands". How does this work? One for each month? Thanks!
