Has anyone booked online with DU?

I want to book a cruise online, but I'm getting time out error messages when I hit the confirm button. ARRGGHH!
I want to book soon, before the room I want is gone.....
and ther is no phone number to call DU. Do they do everything via email???

Perdidobay, for a Disney Cruise you need to book via the reservations form found here, it's not an online booking:

Have you been working with a DU agent, Cathy or Donna?? I have their email addresses. If they are not away ( as in - on yet another Disney Cruise!!!) they usually always answer right away. I emailed once, asked my TA to call... sure enough, she called me right away! If one is away, I am sure the other would be very happy to assist you.

DU does have a phone number, but I am not sure if the person(s) at the office would be able to help you with a new booking...

I booked our cruise with Dreams, but didn't feel comfortable doing it on-line, I preferred to call and speak to someone first. Donna was the one who I talked to, both when I originally booked several months ago, and again yesterday when I called to make "final payment" on our January cruise. Cathy is our regular agent, and I have "spoken" with her several times via e-mail, they are both terrific!!

I filled out a reservation form online Sunday with DU and haven't heard anything back yet. How long does it usually take and how can I be sure they actually received it?

I booked through Travelocity and loved it, they even put me on a list to get an upgraded room if one came available. They were very helpful. If things fall through with DU, try travelocity.com.
