Has anyone booked a rental car using Airmiles?

Do the taxes that it shows on their website really represent what we'll end up paying? Or is it more?

They are what u are paying. We rented one 2 yrs ago and the quote was right. You will have to talk to one of there agents to set everything up. Another tip is to get a letter from your insurance provider that your insurance covers your rental vehicle out of country. They will try and get you to buy extra insurance down there. Dont do it if you already have the coverage.

We have bought the certificates for Alamo and National with airmiles. I have not booked a car through airmiles.

Great savings with the certificates! I can use my Costco or CAA ID and save on the booking, then use the certificates to pay.
Our last rental in Disney was for a minivan ( 1 day rental ) and was $54. I used a $50 coupon and only paid the $4.00.
