Has anyone been to WDW this Sept? How crowded has it been?

We are leaving in 10 days!!! Just wondering what the crowds have been like since free dining plan...please write and let me know. Also if anyone has any inside tips......Thanks!

I was there Labor Day week and we were able to literally walk on everything most days.

My daughter is a CM in Epcot and she was told it would be quiet this month (attractions wise).

Her days off were this past Wed and yesterday and she went to MK both days and Epcot one day and listed off everything she did (pretty much everything was walk on or short wait).

We found the restaurants to be busy but actually not over loaded - we never had to wait to be seated and even walked up to 4 restaurants and were seated without ADRS.

We were there also the week of Labor Day and it was great! The weather was warm but the crowds were very small - we like to go this time of year for this reason. Dh walked on every ride (Splash Mtn, Space Mtn, Expedition Everest, Tower of Terror) and the only one they had to fastpass was Soarin.

The restaurants were busy, although I noticed the worst was Coral Reef (we had lunch ADR at 3pm). They said they were booked solid until October 9th when we asked the waiter about it.

We were there one time around the 22nd till the end of the month in Sept. It was really not crowded at all. It was hot but not crowded . There were 11 of us and my sister and her family had gone the year before in August and said September was like nothing! Great time to go for low crowd levels!

If you really want no line it is so worth doing tour guide mike! The which parks on what days it worth it even this close I have gotten the last 2 years and will every year just for the recommended days!

We went beginning of Oct last year during fall break. We didn't wait in line longer than 20 minutes etc for Soarin.

Crowds, since the beginning of September, have been very light.
