Has anyone been to The Kitchen at HRH?

We've always enjoyed it every time we go. We generally sit outside for dinner. The service has been excellent, as well as the food. Things we've tried are personal exotic pizzas (I think one with corn and southwest chicken...very good), Kobe (sp?) burgers with brie (stellar), and my mom had an incredible filet she still talks about a year later.

I would not recommend the breakfast buffet, but a lunch or dinner is wonderful there, IMO.

Always good, but nothing to write home about. We usually eat once during our trip. One time we did it twice. The magicians were great on the night they had them. They do the tricks right at your table and do not rush.

We had dinner there last week, it was excellent. The kid buffet looked good, although my DD didn't order it and she didn't like her mac/cheese. We also went on the magician night, he was excellent - Doug. Even my teens enjoyed it. Had a snafu with dessert, they forgot DH's and brought it after being reminded twice when we were all through eating. I would recommend ressies. We went fairly early and had no problems getting seated.

We were there all last week (july 2-7). We ate there twice...both for the breakfast buffet. We all enjoyed it. Too expensive for us to do everyday, though. no complaints here.

Just don't plan on eating there between 4-5pm. We planned our final day around eating an early dinner there before we left. The menu is very limited between 4-5pm because they are switching from lunch to dinner. We checked the menu earlier in the day and it had said nothing about this. The menu from 4-5pm is nothing more than macaroni and cheese, pizza, hamburger and one type of salad. We ended up eating at the Beach club instead.

We stayed ar HRH this past May and ate at The Kitchen twice. Once we had breakfast, buffet and ordered off the menu. We also had dinner one evening and both meals were excellent. I'm thinking chefs changed because the last few trips the food at The Kitchen didnt compare.

Ask for Mike to be your server, he was great!

Ate there twice a couple of weeks ago, overall we enjoyed it but it took a loooooonnnng time to get our food. Wasn't crowded during those times either. The hostess and our servers were wonderful though, very friendly. I wish I could remember our server's name, he was great, but even he made a joke about the Kitchen not being known to be fast.

Do you have kids? The Kid's Crib was a lifesaver (since the meal took so long), every restaurant should have something like that. There was a woman doing face painting for tips one night too, she did some beautiful work on my kids.

Have fun :)
