Has Anyone been to the EMH (evening) at AK and done the Safari?

I see that it is offered during our stay. Can you see anything? Is it scary? It may not be that dark, they are only open until 8pm. Just curious. Thanks.

I've been to evening EMH at AK twice, but they never do the Safari after dark. Both times they closed it about 1/2 hour before dusk. But I did get on the last ride one time and was really amazed, not by what I saw, but what I didn't see. I've been on it about 10 times and about 3/4 of the way through the ride, I always see a male lion lying near a big rock in the distance to my left. That time, for the first time, he wasn't there! Other than that, there were no notable differences in the ride.
