Has anyone been on the Xcaret excursion with Disney?

Just wondering if anyone had done this excursion and what they thought of it. I am looking to do something different this time, although dh and ds are still looking to do the Jeep tour again. Or if anyone knows of an online review of this excursion? I can start making my ressies tomorrow.

I have not done it, but have heard that it is very, very good. When we go to Cozamel again we will definately consider going there. The biggest problem mentioned is that there is NOT enough time (on the DCL excursion). It might be better to plan on going on your own (I'm not sure exactly how to arrange it though).

Although I did not go to Xcaret through a Disney Cruise excursion (my husband and I vacationed in Cancun 4 years ago), I would highly recommend to anyone that they go to visit Xcaret if they can.

My husband and I stumbled upon it and spent only a few hours there (floating down a lazy river, swimming with dolphins, taking in an extraordinary show about the Mexican culture (through song and dance). We were sad that we didn't have more time to spend there.

as I recall, there are plenty of taxis that you can get once you get off the boat that takes you from Cozumel to the mainland.
