Has anyone been able to renew AP online?

I was able to get in this past Saturday but didnt have the $$$ now that I have it I can't get in!! I called in and they couldn't help me if using the monthly payment plan. On Saturday it was giving me the price before the increase. The CM didn't seem concerned that I couldnt get in because I have plenty of time to renew. But I want to do it now while i have the $$$$z

If you can get the old price now, try again, because in a couple weeks you will have to pay the new price which may be much higher.

I heard there was a system outage over the weekend which is probably why you couldn't get on. Try again.

I'm sure it was just a temporary problem. Keep trying and you'll get in. Word is you have until July 1st before renewals change to the new price. But obviously, it'd be better to do it sooner rather than later.

I renewed online last week, before the price increase. I didn't have any issues, must have been a temp. issue.

Keep trying, as to get the old price, you will need to renew before July 1st.
