Has anybody else got this video/still camera?
I bought this about a year ago and am looking forward to taking it to WDW next month especially as it has the convenience of doing everything with no tapes. :thumbsup2
Trouble is I don't get great results indoors when taking stills, they can be quite blurry, dark, and the red eye is pretty bad. I am a fairly new, but keen am photographer so usually know how to reduce these problems, so
I have experimented with the manual settings but as I'm sure you can imagine with two little 'uns in tow I do want to point and shoot (DH doesn't use the camera, it's all left to me) Shots taken outside are absolutely stunning, no problems there :woohoo:
I just know I'm going to end up taking my bulkier Nikon too.......as I don't want to miss a shot, that would be a nightmare:scared1:

A dedicated camera will always be better than a camcorder with still abilities. I say to take your Nikon. You cannot re-create memories. If weight is an issue, go out and get a nice bag that will hold both and make sure it has a nice strap.
