Me(16), my Aunt, and Uncle wanna go parasail in but my mom and dad dont. But i was wondering how high u go and how much dose it cost is it worth it any tips?? thank you for answerin or reading it
I booked all three of us for a parasailing trip at CC - but last minute I got very sick and had to bow out. We explained that to the people on the boat and they gave the extra time to my family - and still allowed me to go on the boat with them to take pics - they were wonderful.
We had a windy day - and the guys driving the boat only took them up "HALFWAY" but to me they were DANG HIGH!!!!!! ---- DH and DD(at that time 11) LOVED IT.
It is very very worth it - I can not recall the cost - I wanna say about $100.00 - but it was a blast per them.
DD (now 13) is yelling to tell you "DO IT ---- IT IS A THRILL OF A LIFETIME!"
hey i went parsailing in August and it was amamzing. I dont remember exactly how high it was, but think it was like 600 feet, but i wouldnt swear to it. Any way it was definetly worth it. It was one of the most exciting and exhilirating things i have ever done, and i would definetly do it again if i got the chance.

I went parasailing in Jamaica and it was AMAZING! A little cheaper than at Castaway Cay, but I am sure Disney doesn't bargain down prices like the locals do . If you are a thrill seeker or enjoy a thrill every once in awhile, then this is a FUN yet PEACEFUL activity to do. Once you are up in the sky you feel like you are just floating! Enjoy!
I went PARASAILING at CC last August on our WESTERN during all the HURRICAINS... It was awesome. Even my husband who hates heights did it.
We went high enough I thought,,lol When they brought us down they dipped our feet in the water,, for me I think they DUNKED all of me , of course my kids got a big laugh out of this...
I have to tell you though,, I am not a small person.. and my sister also did it and she is even bigger.. Go for it if you are able.. When will you ever be able to again??
My DD did it when she was 18. They made her pair up with someone else. It was a young lady who was parasailing with her mother. (Why they didn't pair her with her Mom is a mystery.)
She did have a good time, but told me about a dad who went up with his son. The dad got sick to his stomach. While that's a bit gross in itself, she said that they didn't clean off the lifejacket before giving it to someone else to wear.
She's glad that she did it, but she's not interested in doing it again.
