Has anybody actually been to Paddlefish?

I'd like to know the answer to this as well. We loved Fulton's and booked an ADR for Paddlefish in June.

We have not. We are waiting for our 11-2017 vacation to book here, pending FAR more unpaid reviews that we have seen.

Yup. Trip Advisor and Yelp reviews are very mixed so far. Trying to decide between Paddlefish, Flying Fish and Boathouse for November.

Yes, dined there in February. The service was excellent, the food was great. We were a party of five, shared the table side prepared lobster guacamole, which was delicious. Everything we ate was wonderful, and I would definitely dine here again.

We went to the rooftop bar right after it opened (maybe a few days after grand opening?) it wasn't perfect, but it seemed more like growing pains than anything. We just had drinks and apps , and they were great! And the view from up there---

I initially had reservations for Paddlefish, Morimoto, and Homecomin' for our July trip but I had to cancel one so I cancelled Paddlefish because the reviews were mixed. However, I think some of that might just be because the reviews I read were all from right after it opened. So we decided that we are going to try the rooftop bar when we go instead of having a full meal. That way we can try out an appetizer some drinks.

We were there in February. Honestly I was disappointed. And I love my Disney. First off the server we had was terrible. Other servers seemed friendly and attentive but not ours. Luck of the draw. Very unDisney. The bread we had was not good, It was served room temp and was kind of stale but the butter was delicious. We shared the tableside guacamole and we loved it. Large chunks of lobster and fresh guac HEAVEN!!! The server who prepared it was funny and pleasant. They never refilled our water or asked us if we wanted another glass of wine. The food as far as presentation and preparation was very nice. I had the mahi and for the price it was VERY SMALL. We ordered the crab mashed potatoes and Brussel sprouts. The sides were pretty tasty. But you did have to pay al la carte for sides. I had very little veggies on my Mahi. WE did not have dessert. Went to Amorettes! I think it has some room to improve. It could be be a very classy restaurant. Hopefully in time it will improve in some areas. Maybe the lack of service dampened the expectations I had. I would go back for Guac and drinks but probably not a full meal. Just my opinion here. NOW Art Smith's Homecoming is a WOW!!! and we also enjoyed Boathouse. Went last Oct for my birthday. Sat outside - beautiful atmosphere and the food was great. Best steak I have had in a long time and loved the crab. Hope this helps you guys.
