Has any one used-Presentations :Gifts of a lifetime?

Has anyone used this service? They plan special parties for folks going to WDW or Universal? I just booked a anniversary package. They will be coming out to my hotel room at Universal(Hard Rock) and decorate my room with balloons/cake/food & drinks. My partner and I will be celebrating 10 years.

I have used them, but not for a party. We've had them deliver gift baskets from "Mickey" to our daughter. They've always been great.

I have used them for a scavenger hunt and some personalized items. Jane is AMAZING. Her creativity and attention to detail is wonderful.

On second thought, maybe it was really bad....if I say it's as fabulous as it was, I'm going to have a much harder time booking her next trip
