The game, not the song

I got Harvest Moon Ds for my B-day and i love it so!!

now that i have decided my stand on the game review, I want to hear from you guys! Any likes, dislikes, cheats, funny moments, just anything at all!

Likes: easy gameplay, cute graphics, fun story line, generaly awesome game!
Dislikes: I can't seem to find enough harvest sprites, the game is a wee bit repetive, and thats it!
Cheats: I have heard the if you hire the fishing team in winter at the beach for 7 days, and you go to the beach you could get 1 billion gold.
Funny Moments: none yet... hoping for you guys to have some!

I LOVE Harvest Moon.
My favorite ones are the Gamecube ones, but I play the DS ones too.
I think my favorite out of all of them is Harvest Moon: A Wonderful Life. I was having problems with Harvest Moon: Another Wonderful Life because the hay in the back would never grow back after I harvested it...maybe it was a glitch?
The only downside is that the games have a lot of grammatical errors.
I can't wait until it comes out for the Wii!

I like Harvest Moon (have the GBA version). It's a nice change of pace from the "Kill the evil wizard person, save the world!" type of games.

I know, I have Zelda Twilight princess for the Wii and its surprisingly repetive.

Seriously? I don't find Twilight Princess repetetive at all. I do, however, find Harvest Moon repetitive because you wake up each morning and do the same thing.

yeah, twilight princess kinda repetitive. i found a pattern.

1) go to new area covered in twilight
2)find all the tears of light, rescue light spirit
3) face mini boss, in most cases the mini boss is a leader in the community that was transformed by twilight.
4)talk to townsfolk about the big boss and travel to location of big boss
5)defeat big boss, gain heart container
6) repeat

there is variation in each place, but it still has the same basic idea. There might be change farther than i am in the game, but from where i am in the game, yeah its repetive.
