Harsh Weather

How is affecting the Disneyland area? Not going until April (along with Phoenix and San Diego), but just curious. Most of the news reports I hear out East aren't that specific.

I think by April you should be good, most of the weird, cold weather is gone by then. Right now, I think the wind is worse than the rain. The wind can shut down rides and cancel fireworks. Rain of course can mess with parades and fireworks as well, but I think some of the rides still go in the rain.
