I currently have the basic DDP for my upcoming May 1st-9th trip. Being the good DISer that I am, I of course have all my ADRs booked.
The more I think about it though, I really want to upgrade to the DxDDP again because I want to do quite a few Signature restaurants. I'd have to overhaul my ADRs, of course. However, if Harry Potter World of Wizardry over at Universal opens in time for my trip, I plan to spend at least two or three days over there, so would only need the basic DDP and could still do some Signature restaurants at WDW. I guess I just want to vent.
Why can't Universal tell us when they're going to open HP World? I know I can upgrade to the DxDDP as long as it's 72 hours prior to my trip, but what about needing to change my ADRs?
I'm a rule follower, so won't double book, but in this case I can see why someone would.
