Harry Potter Vacation Package

My family and I are traveling to Universal Studios over the Presidents' Day weekend. We have the Harry Potter Vacation package, including breakfast at Leaky Cauldron, breakfast at Three Broomsticks, and a package with Shutterbuttons studio.
I received an email from the travel agent with reservation times/dates for the breakfasts and for the studio session. The TA says he is not able to change the reservation times or dates.
Does anybody know how strict they are with the reservation times? If we show up late for our reserved time, will they still honor our vouchers?

Neither restaurant actually has reservations so I don't know how that works. Maybe it means you're sent in ahead of the people in line.

I know nothing about the photo thing.
